I’m a marine biologist and diver who’s always balanced being an explorer, scientist, and storyteller. I’ve led marine operations as a captain, taught in classrooms, and coached people through transitions. What really drives me is connecting people to science—translating complex ideas into stories and vivid experiences that allow people to achieve tangible results. I love building partnerships and engaging communities, because that’s where real change happens. For me, it’s all about curiosity, creativity, and helping people chart new possibilities—whether that’s in the oceans, in teams, or in their own lives."
